We also feature a combined classroom and field based training programme - which new recruits must complete prior to secondment to a contract - weekly, written, Interim Assessments of all new employees throughout their 90 day probationary period and an internal ability to train to BICSc Level II and - for the right candidates in a range of specialist, supervisory and managements disciplines.
